★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me deixaram na mão! Muito cuidado com essa empresa pois eles não tem plano de contingência.
Me ligaram 5 horas antes de começar a festa para dizer que não iriam levar o brinquedo pois o carro havia quebrado. Sugeri que alugassem um carro, contatassem parceiros, mas nada fizeram… fiquei na mão! Não só não possuem plano B, Como nem se esforçaram para alugar um carro e cumprir com o compromisso. Absurdo!
They let me down! Be wary of this company as they have no contingency plan.
They called me 5 hours before the party started to say they wouldn't take the toy because the car had broken down. I suggested that they rent a car, contact partners, but they didn't do anything… I was helpless! Not only do they not have a plan B, but they didn't even make the effort to rent a car and fulfill the commitment. Absurd!
