Infelizmente o Google não permite avaliação ZERO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assinei o contrato e estou há 3 dias aguardando uma ligação para agendar a instalação da minha internet e ninguém entrou em contato comigo. Estou insistindo com o vendedor e ninguém me liga para resolver isso. Péssima maneira de iniciar um contrato. Se pra vender/instalar já está assim, imagina quando eu precisar resolver um problema. O cliente precisar implorar por uma instalação, um absurdo.
I signed the contract and I have been waiting for 3 days for a call to schedule the installation of my internet and no one has contacted me. I am insisting with the seller and no one calls me to resolve this. Bad way to start a contract. If it's already like this to sell/install, imagine when I need to solve a problem. The customer needs to beg for an installation, absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo de forma alguma, oscilações constante no sinal e quando você liga fazem um paliativo que depois não serve de nada, estou nesse momento sem conexão já ligue e nada de resolverem e o pior que já perdi reunião da empresa e minha aulas.
I do not recommend in any way, constant oscillations in the signal and when you call they do a palliative that later is of no use, I am currently without connection, call and nothing is resolved and the worst thing I have ever missed is a company meeting and my classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem comecei a usar a internet e já tive problema, imagina se começar a usar, liguei pra contratar, fiz cadastro e tudo segunda feira, hoje sexta feira que vinheram falar que n tem cobertura na minha residência, isso pq achei uma moça vendedora na rua que me deu a informação, pq nem conseguir falar pelo telefone eu consigo 0800 n funciona nenhum, outras operadoras já informa logo se n tiver cobertura, PÉSSIMA !!!
I didn't even start using the internet and I already had a problem, imagine if I start using it, I called to hire, I registered and everything on Monday, today Friday they came to say that there is no coverage in my residence, this because I found a saleswoman on the street who gave me the information, because I can't even talk on the phone I can get a 0800 number and none of it works, other operators already inform you right away if you don't have coverage, TERRIBLE!!!

It doesn't deliver what it promises, it still comes with a small talk saying that by law they can only deliver 80% of what they promise lol. Terrible and I don't even recommend it for the dog.

I had a neighborhood internet and I thought it was bad... But brisanet is to be congratulated, it managed to overcome all the worst expectations... I don't recommend it even to my worst enemy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento realmente é muito bom, mas de quê adianta se o serviço é porco e horrível?
Fiz o pedido de instalação me meu apartamento ANTES de me mudar, me enrolaram duas semanas ("Aí é que tem instalar a caixa, seu prédio não estava preparado", depois "Aaí é que o sinal da caixa no seu prédio ficou muito alto, precisamos fazer auditoria"; e pra recusar fazer o serviço: "Aaaaí é que não tem onde nosso carro estacionar para fazer sua ligação", ou seja, só estorinha triste pra enganar trouxa, que fui).
Trabalho em Home Office e me mudei sem internet (eu que me me vire com 4G) pra depois de tanta enrolação eu desisti e cancelei esse serviço péssimo (acho que ainda bem, imagino depois de virar cliente, deve ser horroroso). NÃO RECOMENDO, tem muitos serviços melhores em Fortaleza.
Service is really good, but what's the point if the service is filthy and horrible?
I placed an order for my apartment to be installed BEFORE moving, they got to me for two weeks ("That's when you have to install the box, your building wasn't ready", then "Oh, that's when the signal on the box in your building got too loud, we need to do an audit"; and to refuse to do the service: "Aaaah, there's nowhere for our car to park to make your call", that is, just a sad little story to fool a fool, which I went).
I work at Home Office and I moved without internet (I can get by with 4G) so after so much trouble I gave up and canceled this terrible service (I think it's good, I imagine after becoming a customer, it must be horrible). I DO NOT RECOMMEND, there are many better services in Fortaleza.
