Pedi Cristalina, paguei cristalina. E mandaram uma água mais barata. Quando reclamei que o serviço é ruim, pouco se importaram, mandaram joinha no whatsapp. Ou seja, péssimo atendimento e não estão nem aí pro que vc acha. Não recomendo de modo algum. Tem melhores.
Worst water delivery service I have ever used in Natal.
I asked for Cristalina, I paid for Cristalina. And they sent cheaper water. When I complained that the service is bad, they didn't care, they sent a thumbs up on whatsapp. In other words, bad service and they don't care what you think. I don't recommend it at all. There are better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O PIOR serviço que eu já utilizei.Como sempre a atendente vai lhe confortar dizendo que a entrega não demora, que é rapidinho (9h50AM) . Após uma hora e vinte minutos de espera, eu retornei (11h06AM), a atendente já mudou a conversa dizendo que ia demorar um "pouco", 2h30 dps eu liguei novamente e a moça informou que: " tem gente que recebe dois, três dias dps". no fim às 12h49 o meu gás chegou (3 horas pra entregar um gás). Infelizmente para avaliar precisa pelo menos de uma estrela, mas caso contrário não daria um sequer. Clientes evitem estresse não comprem desse estabelecimento.
The WORST service I've ever used. As always the attendant will comfort you saying that the delivery doesn't take long, that it's fast (9:50AM) . After an hour and twenty minutes of waiting, I returned (11:06AM), the attendant already changed the conversation saying that it would take a "little", 2:30 dps I called again and the girl informed that: " there are people who receive two, three days dps". at the end at 12:49 my gas arrived (3 hours to deliver a gas). Unfortunately to rate it needs at least one star, but otherwise I wouldn't give even one. Customers avoid stress do not buy from this establishment.
