Bad service over the phone. Falls on a recording q does not have the option I want. How do you talk to a recording? On top of that, I try to pass it on to an attendant and it won't. Horrible.

Posteriormente fiz novas compras e foram entregues no prazo, tudo ok. Acredito que essa compra negativa tenha sido uma exceção. Farmácia muito boa.
I ordered a centrum, two packages with 40 geriatric diapers, and vitamin C 3 hours ago and no one delivered it, they said it wouldn't come, a real negligence. Later I made new purchases and they were delivered on time, everything ok. I believe this negative purchase was an exception. Very good pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone não funciona. E agora só há uma central de atendimento, as lojas não tem mais um número de telefone específico, e a atendente só consegue ver a loja mais próxima do seu endereço (quando a gente consegue ser atendido), o que é muito difícil.
