★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A velocidade até que é boa, mas vive dando problemas como quedas por horas ou super lentidão como está acontecendo hoje, o certo seria a internet entregar 15.0mbps de download e 3.0mbps de upload, ela está entregando 0.14mbps de download e 0.60 de upload, o dia todo e o suporte técnico nunca sabe oque fazer, ligar pra lá é perca de tempo, se você tem opção melhor de internet não use a viaband

0800 que nunca é atendido .

Internet frequentemente lenta ou abaixo do plano que pago todos os meses, se atrasar 5 dias o pagamento a empresa corta a internet e continuam te cobrando.
Eu realmente estou MUITO FRUSTRADO com essa empresa e não tem outra opção de internet aqui.
Obs: meu roteador é giga antes que venham falar que preciso comprar um

Internet often slow or below the plan I pay every month, if the payment is delayed by 5 days the company cuts the internet and they continue to charge you.
I am really VERY FRUSTRATED with this company and there is no other internet option here.
Note: my router is big before they talk that I need to buy one
