★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, funcionárias carrancudas, mal educadas, mal treinadas, fazem tudo de má vontade, inclusive quando fui tirar sangue disseram que não tinham convênio com a UNIMED. Voltei pra casa, liguei pra UNIMED pedi a lista de laboratórios conveniados e adivinha só: BRONSTEIN tem convênio SIM, inclusive nessa unidade específica no shopping Downtown. Essa gente tem é preguiça de trabalhar. Tinham que colocar um supervisor lá, senão essas péssimas funcionárias vão levar a unidade a falência. Ridículas!
Terrible experience, sullen, ill-educated, poorly trained, do everything unwillingly, even when I was blood draw they said they had no agreement with UNIMED. I returned home, called UNIMED and asked for the list of laboratories and guess what: BRONSTEIN has an agreement YES, including this specific unit in Downtown. These people are too lazy to work. They had to put a supervisor there, otherwise those bad employees will drive the unit into bankruptcy. Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários educados, ambiente limpo, porém, não ganhou 5 estrelas pq eu fiz o agendamento pelo site e qndo cheguei lá tive q pegar senha e esperar, ou seja, só perdi tempo fazendo o agendamento, preenchendo o formulário do site...
Polite staff, clean environment, however, did not earn 5 stars because I made the booking on the website and when I got there I had to get a password and wait, that is, I just wasted time making the booking, filling out the website form ...

Assim como, atenderam meu filho, ainda menino com a maior presteza e carinho, que é preciso ter com os pequenos...
Ambiente também, sempre muito higiênico!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO! Perderam meu exame de curva glicêmica! Estava GRÁVIDA e eles simplesmente perderam o exame. Péssimo atendimento! JOgaram a culpa no franqueado do laboratório, como se não tivessem responsabilidade nenhuma.
TERRIBLE! They missed my glycemic curve test! I was PREGNANT and they just missed the exam. Terrible attendance! They blamed the laboratory's franchisee, as if they had no responsibility whatsoever.

Quero ressaltar a delicadeza da ALINE e AMAURI comigo durante o exame de sangue. Eles tiveram muita paciência e fizeram o possível e impossível para que eu me sentisse bem.
Reconheço que sou uma paciente difícil no quesito tirar sangue e em nenhum momento eles tiveram má vontade ou desmereceram minha condição. Foram de um profissionalismo exemplar e espero que sejam reconhecidos por seu trabalho.
I only have praise for this lab. I was answered quickly. Polite and friendly staff.
I want to emphasize the kindness of ALINE and AMAURI to me during the blood test. They were very patient and did everything possible and impossible to make me feel good.
I recognize that I am a difficult patient when it comes to drawing blood and at no time did they have any ill will or belittle my condition. They were of exemplary professionalism and I hope they will be recognized for their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da atendente Natali foi péssimo. Foi grosseira, impaciente e visivelmente estressada. Estava marcado para as 14:50, pediram para que chegasse com 30m de antecedência. Só me chamaram para registrar as 15:15. Quase 30 minutos após o horário que eu estava marcado para realizar o exame. O local estava cheio. A pessoa que realizou o exame, no entanto, era simpática e amigável. A experiência foi média.
Attendance by the attendant Natali was terrible. She was rude, impatient and visibly stressed. It was scheduled for 14:50, they asked for it to arrive 30m in advance. They only called me to register at 15:15. Almost 30 minutes after the time I was scheduled to take the exam. The place was full. The person who took the exam, however, was nice and friendly. The experience was average.

Fui realizar o teste do covid precisava de urgencia do resultado então fiz particular mesmo, paguei pelo teste e fui informando que teria a resposta em 48 horas demoraram 6 dias p me entregar o resultado que já nem fazia mais sentido pq acabei fazendo o teste novamente então me informaram que iriam me reembolsar o valor em 5 dias ja estou esperando o reembolso mais de 15 dias eu ligo ninguem atende nao me responde no whastapp !!! uma falta de compromisso com as palavras e com os clientes que espero nunca mais precisar!
Bad experience!! I went to take the covid test, I needed the result urgently so I did it privately, paid for the test and was informed that I would have the answer in 48 hours, it took 6 days to deliver the result that didn't even make sense anymore because I ended up taking the test again so they informed me that they would refund the amount in 5 days I'm already waiting for the refund more than 15 days I call no one answers they don't answer me on whatsapp !!! a lack of commitment with words and with customers that I hope I never need again!
