★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo local, o atendimento é ruim. Fui procurar um presente de natal, quando falei tamanho G a vendedora falou só temos tamanho único e fez pouco caso, enquanto as outras comentavam. Eu que sou magra achei super ofensivo e desnecessário, não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito das roupas da lojas. Sempre que vou lá saio com, pelo menos, uma peça, mas nunca fui bem atendida. Sempre vou com uma amiga que é muito estilosa, muito bonita e vejo que o atendimento para ela é diferenciado. Normalmente as vendedoras não me atendem bem como atendem ela. Acho que uma empresa com nome e reputação da Brooklin, não deve admitir que haja essa diferença de tratamento entre os seus clientes. Acompanho as redes sociais de vocês e gosto das novidades, mas penso duas vezes antes de comprar qualquer coisa com vocês, pois me lembro que o atendimento não é bom e nem justo. Espero que isso mude, pois outras clientes podem se sentir assim também e não é uma sensação legal.
