★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, comprei uma camisa no shopping Recife, no dia seguinte fui trocar no Rio mar e mesmo sendo o mesmo dono, mesmo gerente dos dois shopping, só pode trocar onde comprou... até as piores empresas que tem rede disponibiliza a possibilidade de troca em qualquer loja. Chega a ser desrespeitoso com o cliente. Cada dia menos eu quero comprar a vocês.
Horrible, I bought a shirt at the Recife mall, the next day I changed it in Rio Mar and even though I was the same owner, the same manager of the two malls, you can only exchange where you bought it... even the worst companies that have a network offer the possibility of exchange in any store. It's even disrespectful to the customer. I want to buy less every day from you.
