Tive um péssimo atendimento nesta loja, os vendedores me olharam dos pés a cabeça, me senti super mal, até escolhi algumas peças mas acabei desistindo pelo constrangimento, acabei comprando em outra loja. Acolhimento e ética faz toda diferença para quem trabalha com o público.
I had a terrible experience at the Rio Mar mall store. I have been a customer in Natal for some time and I have always been very well attended. I had a terrible service in this store, the salesmen looked at me from head to toe, I felt super bad, I even chose some pieces but I gave up because of the embarrassment, I ended up buying at another store. Welcoming and ethics makes all the difference for those who work with the public.
