Pedi um PF de Caponata de Berinjela, purê de banana da terra, arroz integral e vinagrete de manga, achei a caponata um pouco ácida demais e não consegui comer tudo com medo da azia mas o resto estava muito gostoso e bem temperado. O restaurante tem boas opções vegetarianas e veganas.
Pleasant atmosphere, quick service time and tasty food. I ordered a FP of Eggplant Caponata, plantain puree, brown rice and mango vinaigrette, I found the caponata a little too acidic and I couldn't eat it all for fear of heartburn but the rest was very tasty and well seasoned. The restaurant has good vegetarian and vegan options.

Um dos melhores lugares para refeições ou aquele café da tarde com amigos, e o melhor de tudo, existem várias opções para quem tem intolerâncias alimentares! Quem tem, sabe como é difícil, desconfortável e as vezes constrangedor, achar um local para sair com os amigos e ficar praticamente sem poder comer/beber nada. No Brotar não tem isso! Além dos cardápios já virem com opções SEM LACTOSE/GLÚTEN você ainda pode solicitar alterações e ficar muito a vontade para comer sem se preocupar com reações futuras. Experiência própria, nunca tinha comido nada tão gostoso e tão saudável para minha restrição alimentar. Maravilhoso!??????
Delicious food and excellent service! One of the best places for meals or that afternoon coffee with friends, and best of all, there are several options for those with food intolerances! Those who have, know how difficult, uncomfortable and sometimes embarrassing it is to find a place to hang out with friends and be practically unable to eat/drink anything. Brotar doesn't have that! In addition to the menus already coming with LACTOSE / GLUTEN FREE options, you can still request changes and feel very free to eat without worrying about future reactions. My own experience, I had never eaten anything so delicious and so healthy for my dietary restrictions. Wonderful!??????
