O local encontra-se completamente abandonado e decadente, com estrutura deteriorada, arquibancadas com risco de desabamento, campo desnivelado e irregular. O local foi abandonado totalmente a própria sorte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estádio é bem pequeno, destinado a pequenos jogos de times menores de Natal. Porém, as condições do mesmo são bastante precárias. Existe apenas uma arquibancada pequena disponível, as outras estão interditadas por temor de desabamento ou já estão destruídas. Os vestiários são verdadeiros calabouços, assim como os bancos de reservas são muito desconfortáveis. Estes se situam abaixo das arquibancadas em risco, tornando algo até mesmo perigoso usar esse espaço. O campo é completamente irregular, com muitos desníveis. Por fim, o estacionamento é completamente insuficiente, mesmo com o número de público reduzido.
