I did the service on my car, I particularly liked the service and assistance, the garage manager gave me more assistance, I was very satisfied and I recommend it.

I would like to congratulate the entire Brotascar team, for the excellent service, especially Mr Érica, for his professionalism, courtesy and care for our well being. And also thank Sr Tiago, leader of this team that deserves all the praise and respect.

ZERO professionalism! I took my car for an inspection with the insurance company and they didn't even get a quote for the parts or a deadline. With a simple google search I got a direct quote with the brand's parts center. When I said that I did this, they told me that there is no way to buy these pieces because they come from São Paulo. This after stalling for a long time saying they were "looking for parts"!!!!!

I do not recommend this workshop or my worst enemy. I took my car in November 2020 and to finish between comings and goings were 5x to be able to finish the service. The indication was from the insurance broker. 1st - I took the car initially to make the budget 2nd - I left the car to do the repairs and when I went to get it (they called saying I could go) they were still finishing the placement of the headlamps, but to my surprise there was still no painting, they put on a false cap (insurance requires that the parts are original) misaligned headlight and hood, fog light rim, wheel repair, that is, a lot was missing. 3rd - This time I took them to solve the problems they left. This time was when I was absolutely sure of their amateurism, as simply painting on the door my 5-year-old son with a brush in his hand would do better. The alignment of the shock I had to leave for next time, as well as the painting be redone because I needed the car at the moment. I got in the car and went straight inside. The other day fixing the car to return to salvador, I noticed that my right rear tire was showing the irons and the other ones were different 3. The workshop changed my thoughts and still put my life at risk. 4th - I showed that the tire was changed and simply the employee (the same one who answered me every time) Thiago said that they didn’t change anything. So I asked them to look at the cameras and that I would not accept the car as it was. This time the alignment of the hood, the tire and the fog light rim was missing (they always informed me that the rim was missing). When I went to get the car I had to wait for them to buy the tire. I asked about the cameras and simply said they were off, that is, they assumed the B.O. but I didn't want to verbalize that. It was already 5:30 pm and it was getting dark, there was no way to look at the car at that moment, but I had a market time and needed the car. I made it clear that there was no way to look at the service and that I would call if something was wrong. As I already knew the possibility of having something wrong, when I arrived I went to look at everything, to my surprise (lie, I already expected) when aligning the bumper I noticed that they broke a part when forcing the alignment. 5th - I took it to replace the part of the bumper that broke and put the rim of the fog lamp. I lost the morning but I needed to close this arch that only consumed my time. Finally after 5 months, on March 24, 2021 my comings and goings ended (I didn't even count the Uber expenses that came to around R $ 100.00). The most interesting thing is that the 3rd time I went and took the Uber when I left the car there, the driver asked: "did you leave your car there?" I answered "yes", he quickly told me his story with the workshop (I will not comment because it is not up to me) and left me worried, but it was too late. In short, I do not advise anyone (unless you want a headache from graces) to take your car to that workshop. A tip: If after my report you still want to take the test, go there and say you saw negative reports about them on the internet. I did this before leaving the car, but Thiago convinced me saying that the report was an isolated case and that the owner of the agile vehicle in bad faith and required to change a part that was not authorized by the insurance company.

DID NOT LIKE. VERY EXPENSIVE SERVICE WITH POOR QUALITY. The truth is that they don't pay much attention to the details requested by the customer. I informed what I needed, the necessary repairs. They just did it anyway. Another negative point, they don't take care to do the job well. Left ink splatter, ink girl, and what I asked them to do they didn't completely do. I simply DO NOT RECOMMEND, AND I WILL NOT BE BACK FOR SERVICE!
