Serviço de entrega péssimo: pedi a pizza as 20:10, com uma hora para previsão de entrega(o que ja é um absurdo), paguei antecipado, pois fiz o pedido online e ainda assim esperei ate as 22:00(quase DUAS horas depois) e nada... Liguei para a pizzaria e me informaram que enrtregariam a pizza, só que seria entregue em MEIA hora. Um absurdo!!! Um desrespeito ao cliente esperar quase TRES HORAS por uma pizza. Nunca vi isso em lugar nenhum!!! Total falta de profissionalismo. Primeiro e ultimo pedido nesse lugar. NÃO recomendo!!!
 I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE. TERRIBLE!!! Awful service. Poor delivery service: I ordered the pizza at 8:10 pm, with an hour to forecast delivery (which is already absurd), I paid in advance, because I ordered online and still waited until 10:00 pm (almost TWO hours later) and nothing ... I called the pizzeria and they informed me that they would order the pizza, only it would be delivered in a half hour. An absurd !!! A disrespect to the customer waiting almost THREE HOURS for a pizza. I've never seen this anywhere !!! Total lack of professionalism. First and last order in this place. I do not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza massa grossa, até que não é ruim. Bom sabor... Mas se pedir algum sabor com Catupiry, cobram a parte. Não vejo isso em outros locais. Se for porção extra, okay. Mas cobram na normal. Recomendo a calabresa com Catupiry, mas infelizmente cobram pelo Catupiry
Thick crust pizza, until it's not bad. Good flavor ... But if you ask for some flavor with Catupiry, they charge the part. I don't see it in other places. If it's an extra portion, okay. But they charge in normal. I recommend the pepperoni with Catupiry, but unfortunately they charge for Catupiry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim. Fiz um pedido de uma pizza e um refrigerante através do Uber Eats. Após uma hora de espera me ligam da Uber Eats dizendo que a pizzaria já estava fechada. Resultado: perdi uma hora esperando, perdi o dinheiro pq coloquei no cartão de crédito pelo App, e ainda perdi um cupom de desconto de 30 reais pela primeira compra no App.
Bad. I ordered a pizza and a soft drink through Uber Eats. After an hour of waiting they call me from Uber Eats saying that the pizzeria was already closed. Result: I spent an hour waiting, I lost the money because I put it on the credit card through the App, and I also lost a discount coupon of 30 reais for the first purchase on the App.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite. Pedi uma pizza hoje no referido lugar por indicação, as 21 e 30 e passaram a informação que ela chegaria em 50 minutos. Muita espera e nada, ela chegou duas horas depois as 23 e 30 sem nenhuma satisfação e posicionamento do estabelecimento acerca do que poderia ter acontecido.
A pizza chegou com a massa pouco crua e faltando manjericão e o palmito dos sabores solicitados. Realmente foi uma péssima experiência.
Não voltarei mais a solicitar pedido, mas escrevo pois espero que o estabelecimento possa rever a forma de se colocar diante seus clientes. Com mais respeito e honestidade enquanto possibilidade de oferecer um serviço, pois dessa forma que "se ganha o cliente".
Good night. I asked for a pizza today at that place by appointment, at 9:30 pm and they passed the information that it would arrive in 50 minutes. Lots of waiting and nothing, she arrived two hours later at 23 and 30 without any satisfaction and positioning the establishment about what could have happened.
The pizza arrived with the cruddy crust and lacking basil and the heart of the requested flavors. It really was a terrible experience.
I will not go back to request a request, but I write because I hope that the establishment can review how to put in front of its customers. With more respect and honesty as a possibility to offer a service, therefore that way "you win the customer".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa que faz uma promoção deve ter como objetivo investir na satisfação do cliente para fidelizar. Não foi o que aconteceu com o meu pedido. Pedi uma pizza de calabresa na promoção pelo Uber Eats e recebi uma pizza com meia dúzia de rodelas de calabresa. Não fosse só isso o pedido veio faltando o refrigerante. Ou seja comi uma pizza meia boca com água. Fica a dica pro estabelecimento que estragou a minha experiência. Aprendam a diferença entre despesa e investimento antes de lançarem novas promoções, senão fatalmente fecharão as portas por falta de clientes. Pois eu mesmo NÃO comprarei mais nada de vcs e nem indicarei. Tirei um print e vou mandar pra todas as minhas redes e grupos. Sacaram como funciona? Boa sorte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou acostumado com pizza de massa fina e bem torrada, acredito que a nota dessa pizzaria varia muito de acordo com o recheio, a de calabresa foi a melhor na minha opinião, porém achei a massa um pouco mole pro meu gosto, de forma que coloquei pra assar mais. Fora isso é uma pizza grande por um preço de pizza pequena, tem ótimo custo-beneficio Recomendo pra quem tá recebendo visita e não quer gastar muito numa pizza que alimente 6 pessoas.
I'm used to thin-crust and well-roasted pizza, I believe that the rating of this pizzeria varies a lot according to the filling, the pepperoni was the best in my opinion, but I found the dough a little soft for my taste, so I put it to bake more. Other than that, it's a large pizza for a small pizza price, it's great value for money. I recommend it for those who are having visitors and don't want to spend a lot on a pizza that feeds 6 people.
