Comprei no final de dezembro um vestido e sapatos que seriam usados no batizado da minha bebê.
Mas o batizado teve de ser adiado e fui trocar o vestido e o sapato por outros produtos mais caros inclusive (pagaria a diferença,claro)pois ambos não davam maise e se recusaram a fazer a troca por ter passado mais de 1 mês.
Achei uma falta de consideração,pois ambos os produtos estarem com a etiqueta e intactos,dentro da bolsa da loja.
Uma falta de delicadeza no atendimento
Apesar da loja ter ótimos produtos não volto nunca mais!!

I bought in late December a dress and shoes that would be used for my baby's christening.
But the baptism had to be postponed and I went to change the dress and shoes for other more expensive products including (I would pay the difference, of course) because they both did not give more and refused to make the exchange because more than 1 month had passed.
I found a lack of consideration, since both products are labeled and intact, inside the store bag.
A lack of delicacy in service
Although the store has great products I will never come back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na loja para procurar uma roupa para minha sobrinha. A vendedora foi extremamente mal educada, me olhando de cima a baixo, talvez acreditando que eu não teria condições de realizar alguma compra. Desisti da compra. E certamente não indicarei essa loja para ninguém.
I went into the store to look for an outfit for my niece. The seller was extremely rude, looking me up and down, perhaps believing that I would not be able to make a purchase. I gave up on the purchase. And I certainly won't recommend this store to anyone.
