Minha experiência com compra on-line foi péssima. Participei da live da Balck Friday no último dia 24/11. E para minha surpresa meu pedido foi enviado errado. Entrei em contato com a loja, e fui informada que meu pedido tinha sido enviado para outra pessoa. A loja solicitou que eu devolvesse as peças erradas pelo correio, porém informei que não tinha tempo para ir até o correio. Comuniquei que devolveria a peça pessoalmente na loja (juro que tentei se proativa, apesar do erro não ter sido meu). Ao chegar na loja, fui informada que a pessoa que recebeu meu pedido não tinha tido tempo de postar minhas peças, e combinei com a vendedora que assim que as peças chegassem na loja, o envio para mim seria realizado via motoboy, afim de minimizar um pouco o atraso na entrega. Entrava em contato com a loja diariamente para saber um status da minha entrega, e no último dia 09/12, ou seja 12 dias úteis após a minha compra. E fui informada que minhas coisas tinham sido postadas via correio. A minha indignação é que a loja cometeu um erro grave, e eles queriam que eu como cliente fosse devolver a peça no correio, não era eu a responsável por corrigir o erro e sim elas. Infelizmente a resolução encontrada por elas, foi a mais demorada possível e gerou muita frustação da minha parte como cliente... Super entendo que erros acontecem, porém faltou boa vontade em resolver o problema pensando na melhor forma de atender as cliente envolvidas nessa confusão, ou seja, de forma mais rápida e segura. Fujam de comprar on-line nessa loja!! Pois elas são totalmente despreparadas para resolução de problema.
My online shopping experience was terrible. I participated in the live of Balck Friday on 11/24. And to my surprise my order was shipped wrong. I contacted the store, and was told that my order had been shipped to someone else. The store asked me to return the wrong parts by mail, but I informed them that I didn't have time to go to the post office. I announced that I would personally return the part to the store (I swear I tried to be proactive, even though the error was not mine). Upon arriving at the store, I was informed that the person who received my order had not had time to post my parts, and I agreed with the seller that as soon as the parts arrived at the store, they would be sent to me via courier, in order to minimize a little delay in delivery. I contacted the store daily to find out a status of my delivery, and on the last 12/09, that is, 12 working days after my purchase. And I was informed that my things had been posted via mail. My indignation is that the store made a serious mistake, and they wanted me, as a customer, to return the part in the mail, I was not responsible for correcting the error, but them. Unfortunately, the resolution found by them took the longest possible time and generated a lot of frustration on my part as a client... I really understand that mistakes happen, but I lacked the willingness to solve the problem thinking about the best way to serve the clients involved in this mess, that is, faster and safer. Avoid shopping online at this store!! Because they are totally unprepared for problem solving.
