★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje foi minha primeira compra na loja, o atendimento da vendedora foi impecável, super atenciosa e prestativa, as peças são de muito bom gosto, vestem bem, e os preços são acessíveis, o ambiente estava limpo e bem organizado, além do local possuir manobrista e convênio com estacionamento. Enfim, recomendo, pretendo voltar em outra oportunidade.

Este definitivamente é um péssimo período para compras com a #voltagemodafeminina .... se não quer passar nervoso, não compre nesse período de pandemia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprei uma calça na loja Voltage na unidade do Tatuapé, entretanto demorei a usar a calça, e quando usei ela estava com a costura toda torta, a calça tinha etiqueta Voltage, sendo assim entrei em contato com a loja para ver se podiam trocar a peça tendo em vista o defeito grotesco, me informaram que iriam manda para análise, após 15 dias disseram que não tinha o que fazer, a vendedora muito atenciosa encaminhou a calça para a costureira para tentar resolver o defeito, entretanto não foi possível, sinceramente me senti lesada sei que pelo direito do consumidor não tenho direito a troca pois já havia passado o tempo, mas achei um absurdo o posicionamento da loja, sendo assim deixo aqui minha indignação
I bought a pair of pants at the Voltage store in the Tatuapé unit, however it took me a while to wear the pants, and when I used them the seams were all crooked, the pants had a Voltage label, so I contacted the store to see if they could change the part in view of the grotesque defect, they informed me that they would send it for analysis, after 15 days they said there was nothing to be done, the very attentive saleswoman sent the pants to the seamstress to try to solve the defect, however it was not possible, honestly I felt wronged, I know that by consumer rights I am not entitled to an exchange because time had passed, but I thought the store's positioning was absurd, so I leave here my indignation
