★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Lexus NX200t que pela segunda vez apresenta problema na abertura do porta malas, ao tentar agendar e serviço para reparo a atendente me informou que o período mínimo para este tipo de serviço é de 07 dias, porém sou profissional liberal e uso o carro para deslocamento na cidade de São Paulo, sendo impraticável deixar o veículo de uso tanto tempo para reparo.
Como não obtive resposta junto ao SAC da BSS a solução seria procurar outra blindadora que execute o serviço num prazo razoável ou permanecer sem usar o porta malas
I bought a Lexus NX200t that for the second time presents problem in opening the trunk, when trying to schedule and repair service the attendant informed me that the minimum period for this type of service is 07 days, however I am a professional liberal and I use the car for displacement in the city of São Paulo, being impracticable to leave the vehicle of use so much time for repair.
Since I did not get a response from the BSS SAC, the solution would be to look for another armor that performs the service within a reasonable time or to remain without using the trunk
