Estou a duas semanas tentando fazer um simples cadastro e o pessoal do suporte via whatsapp não consegue dar prosseguimento, para não dizer que sequer conseguem entender qual é o problema. O sistema pede uma coisa. Depois de enviada a documentacão novos dados são pedidos e o processo nao desenvolve. Que pena, eu esperava bem mais do BTG.
Horrible. I've been trying to make a simple registration for two weeks and the support staff via whatsapp can't follow up, not to say they can't even understand what the problem is. The system asks for one thing. After sending the documentation, new data are requested and the process does not develop. Too bad, I expected a lot more from BTG.

Se continuarem assim só tendem a ganhar mercado no segmento de bancos digitais.

Um maravilhoso limite de capital de giro -PJ com taxas atrativas, melhores que na concorrência, e detalhe, com também apenas 2 meses de conta.
