★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passada com essa empresa, fiz um pedido de um técnico, no qual já sabia o problema, que séria, a placa, pois bem, já tinha trocado a placa, porém, não me atentei, que teria que colocar a tampa, para a mesma ligar, o técnico veio acionou o local da tampa, a máquina funcionou, normal, o mesmo com começou a procurar problema, disse que era o termostato, falei que não era esse o problema, pois não estava ligando, e ligou qd ele acionou o botão que liga, resumindo, me cobrou 130.00 reais, somente pela visita, sendo que a visita seria 25.00 reais, não me falou nada a cerca do valor que iria cobrar, colocou a tampa da máquina, depois falou o valor, ou seja teria que falar, que para por a tampa seria ,130 antes de executar o trabalho! Estou passada e indignada
