Atendente sozinho, sem fluxo de limpeza, do dinheiro para o preparo da bebida sem nem passar álcool gel.

Atendente estava sozinha, se enrolou toda entre o caixa e o preparo das bebidas! Ela fez uma fila de mais de 8 copos para preparar. A máquina soltou o copo duas vezes sujando todo o local inclusive a moça que ficou toda desesperada! Na hora de finalizar os pedidos não tinha o lacre que tampa o copo, entregou para todo mundo sem o lacre!
Uma pena! Tinha uma moça nos primeiros dias lá tão boa, a Mayara tão sorridente e eficiente, mas me disseram que para conter despesas a demitiram! Uma pena ela era ótima com os clientes, sempre feliz e simpática! No sábado quando retornei ao shopping não tive coragem de encarar a fila e o despreparo da atendente!

The machine dropped the glass twice, dirtying the whole place, including the girl who was desperate! A pity! There was a girl in the early days there so good, the Mayara so smiling and efficient, but I was told that to contain expenses they fired! A shame she was great with customers, always happy and friendly! On Saturday when I returned to the mall I did not have the courage to face the queue and the unpreparedness of the attendant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primera vez eu fui a atendente ficou meia hora so batendo papinho no celular, entao desistimos de pegar o suco. Na segunda vez o cara falou que tava fechado e nao dava para ateder mais, alguns minutinhos se passaram e ele tava la atendendo outros clientes que acabaram de chegar sendo que eles vieram depois da gente. Na terceira vez faltava poba e a bolinha de limao e nao tinha nem placa avisando cara, de verdade mesmo uma decepcao ?
The first time I went to the attendant it was half an hour just chatting on the cell phone, so we gave up on getting the juice. The second time the guy said it was closed and he couldn't meet anymore, a few minutes passed and he was there serving other customers who just arrived and they came after us. The third time there was no poba and the lemon ball and there was no sign warning man, it was really a disappointment ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltando mtos ingredientes, como pode ser bubble kill e nao ter as bubbles? Não entendi! Alem de nao deixar mais ter 'extra' se o cliente pedir. A ultima vez só tinha Natate de nao sei o que. Pagar quase 20 reais pra um suco apenas, não compensa. Melhorem!

Só achei que tinha que melhorar um pouquinho o atendimento… Mas, vamos ver na próxima!!
I went for the first time with my wife yesterday and I liked the proposal!! I found it very tasty and for sure in this heat then, it fit like a glove.
