Comprei, e Não foi bem o que combinamos (ia aumentar o pedido para aproveitar o frete que queria pegar com retirada), disseram que sim podia mas o depois o site não deixava aumentar nem tirar o frete, pedi para ajustarem e nada. Novo contato não me deram solução salvo pagar dois fretes. Depois mandaram que o pedido estava cancelado mesmo estando pago, não retornaram email, mandaram por fim parcial sem eu fechar o primeiro pedido. Demorou 1 semanas pro rastreamento, nem tive retorno algum dos vários emails. E nem a Review me deixaram fazer: "fale só do produto". Me senti a própria carta "Duress" numa distopia sobre mau antendimento. Sinceramente, sugiro mudarem ramo, isso não é pra vcs.
I contacted about buying direct, they asked me to order on the website. I bought it, and it was not quite what we agreed (it was going to increase the order to take advantage of the freight I wanted to take with withdrawal), they said yes it could but afterwards the site would not let it increase or remove the freight, I asked to adjust and nothing. New contact did not give me a solution except to pay two freight. Then they sent that the order was canceled even though it was paid, they didn't return an email, they sent it partially without me closing the first order. It took 1 weeks for tracking, nor did I get any feedback from several emails. Nor did the Review let me do: "just talk about the product". I felt the letter "Duress" itself in a dystopia about bad behavior. Honestly, I suggest changing branch, this is not for you.

Contatando via whatsapp, a Bucaneiros prestou toda assistência, identificando a falha na entrega e realizando novo despache via correios gratuitamente.

I had problems with the delivery of the product (carrier contracted in parallel on the Bucaneiros website) and the product returned to the Bucaneiros central. Contacting via whatsapp, Bucaneiros provided all assistance, identifying the delivery failure and making new dispatch via post office free of charge.
