★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida servida é muito boa mas o atendimento foi péssimo. Muitos qvestavam servindo estavam sem vontade de trabalhar e qdo os convidados reclamavam aí sim piorava mais. Muito desorganizado. Seria muito bom os empregados terem um treinamento antes de atenderem para o buffet não perder futuros clientes.
The food served is very good but the service was terrible. Many who were serving were unwilling to work and when the guests complained, then it got worse. Very disorganized. It would be very good for employees to have training before serving the buffet so as not to lose future customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar sem ventilação , garçons não serviam as bebidas e salgados . Os contratantes que tiveram que sair servindo as mesas , claramente não tem respeitos com as pessoas . Péssimo ontem .
Place without ventilation, waiters did not serve drinks and snacks. The contractors who had to wait around waiting tables clearly have no respect for people. Bad yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Precisam melhorar muuuito no atendimento. Demoram dias pra retornar o whatsapp, não atendem telefone. Com muito custo fiz um agendamento pra conhecer o local, e pra minha surpresa quando cheguei lá dei com a cara na porta! Uma tremenda falta de respeito com o cliente que parece estar implorando pra conhecer o local e contratar o serviço. Enfim, não conheci o local e fechei minha festa em outro buffet.
Não indico, bem recomendo.
Awful! They need to improve a lot in service. They take days to return whatsapp, they don't answer the phone. At a great cost, I made an appointment to visit the place, and to my surprise when I got there, I found my face at the door! A tremendous lack of respect for the customer who seems to be begging to know the place and hire the service. Anyway, I didn't know the place and closed my party at another buffet.
I do not recommend, I highly recommend.

Comida contratei cerveja não tinha. Rasgar dinheiro q é melhor, melhor pagar um pouco a mas é fazer um buffet decente nunca passei tanta vergonha, telefone deles não existe nunca realizem

Food I hired beer did not have. Shredding money is better, better pay a little more but it's making a decent buffet I've never been so ashamed, their phone doesn't exist, never do it

2 garçonetes para servir 85 convidados, só comi porque os convidados foram ajudar a servir e estou até agora esperando um refrigerante pra beber.
A luz caiu, com isso o ar condicionado desligou e depois disso ninguém sabia mais onde estava o controle pra ligar, ou seja, extremo calor.

2 waitresses to serve 85 guests, I only ate because the guests were helping to serve and I'm still waiting for a soda to drink.
The light went out, with that the air conditioning turned off and after that no one knew where the control was to turn on, that is, extreme heat.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUFFET

A festinha estava linda, decoração do jeitinho que pedi, comidas maravilhosas e claro a equipe não poderia deixar de elogiar, o pessoal super atencioso, fizeram de tudo para nós agradar e trataram super bem meus convidados em TODOS os sentidos… vcs me surpreenderam! Foi além do que pedi e imaginei… Débora uma gerente incrível atenciosa e sincera e à toda a equipe de ontem 29/05/22 obrigadaaaa ?
We would like to thank the Festa Safari buffet for the affection and for the beautiful party you gave us… it was simply amazing!!
The party was beautiful, decorated just the way I asked for it, wonderful food and of course the staff couldn't help but praise, the super attentive staff, did everything to please us and treated my guests very well in EVERY way… you surprised me! It went beyond what I asked for and imagined… Débora an incredible attentive and sincere manager and to the whole team yesterday 29/05/22 thank you ?
