★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além desta cidade ser reconhecida historicamente pela famosa industria da multa, o atendimento à população é restrita, apenas no horário comercial "encurtado" (das 9-17h), e somente em um local não muito acessível.
Apenas para exemplificar a péssima qualidade de atendimento ao cidadão, a cidade vizinha "menos desenvolvida", Mauá, o atendimento é feito no poupatempo a partir das 7h da manhã (Santo andré tem poupa tempo pra que?) e antes disso o atendimento começava as 8h (não era grandes coisas mas bem melhor do que as 9h)
É incrível essa falta de respeito com os cidadãos.
In addition to this city being historically recognized by the famous fine industry, the service to the population is restricted, only during "shortened" business hours (from 9 am to 5 pm), and only in a not very accessible place.
Just to exemplify the poor quality of service to the citizen, the neighboring "less developed" city, Mauá, the service is done in the poupatempo starting at 7 am (Santo andré saves time for what?) And before that the service started 8am (not great things but much better than 9am)
This lack of respect for citizens is incredible.
