Comida ruim, atendimento rum, funcionários mal humorados, cardápio enganoso com nomes de comidas empolgantes mas a comida parece ser feita num boteco de esquina. E o salão muito mal conservado, as foto do site devem ser de quando inaugurou os usaram muito fotoshop. Não recomendo pra ninguém.
Buffet left much to be desired in every way. Bad food, rum service, moody staff, deceptive menu with exciting food names but the food seems to be made in a corner bar. And the room is very poorly maintained, the photos on the website must be from when it opened, they used a lot of photoshop. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendamos uma visita na unidade a unidade de osasco as 20:30 do sábado confirmando a visita. No dia 04/07/2021 as 14hs e ao chegar no espaço estava fechado . E por diversas tentativas de contato . Descobrimos que estavam com COVID e não no informaram. Acho uma falta de consideração num primeiro contato. Fiquei decepcionada. FRUSTADA
We scheduled a visit to the osasco unit at 20:30 on Saturday, confirming the visit. On 07/04/2021 at 2 pm and when arriving at the space it was closed. And for several attempts to contact. We found out they were with COVID and they didn't inform us. I find a lack of consideration in a first contact. I was disappointed. FRUSTED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em primeiro momento muito bom mais com falta de organização, com o equipamento retro projetor quebrado, e atrasado todo o conograma porque queríamos mais tempo para a balada e por conta disso tivemos, pouco tempo para a balada.Ja com a comida não tenho o que falar tudo perfeito bebidas garçom tudo perfeito, foi só a ma organização mesmo desse equívoco.Quanto a equipe de garçons, a Bruna uma pessoa maravilhosa sempre me atendeu super bem não tenho o que reclamar.
At first very good, but with lack of organization, with the retro projector equipment broken, and the whole program was delayed because we wanted more time for the club and because of that we had little time for the club. talk everything perfect drinks waiter everything perfect, it was just bad organization even for this misunderstanding. As for the wait staff, Bruna, a wonderful person, always served me very well, I have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, não recomendo pra ninguém! Funcionários despreparados e sem nenhuma simpatia. Lugar bonito, porém deixa muito a desejar. Comida somente servida somente uma vez, refrigerante pura água, nao servem salgadinhos mais de uma vez, mandioca crua e fria, não servem água, pedi pra gerente trocar os copos de cima da mesa a mesma negou, horrível higiene péssima na cozinha.Nao merece nenhuma estrela.
Terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone! Unprepared and unfriendly staff. Nice place, but leaves a lot to be desired. Food only served once, soda pure water, they don't serve snacks more than once, raw and cold cassava, they don't serve water, I asked the manager to change the glasses on the table, she denied it, horrible bad hygiene in the kitchen. no star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o buffet antes da pandemia,tivemos várias remarcação,a festa precisou acontecer 1 ano e meio após a data marcada,mais enfim chegou o dia 16/01/22,tudo ok,até o início da festa, tivemos vários transtornos no decorrer do evento,pois aqueles ar condicionado enormes,que eram p servir para resfriar o ambiente e termos uma festa aconchegante,já que o que fez assinar o contrato com eles foi o bem estar dos meus convidados,estavam "todos" quebrados,somente 1 pequeno em cima do ar que estava funcionando,meus convidados tudo morrendo de calor pq lá não tem uma janela sequer,foi um constrangimento total,chamei a equipe várias vezes e eles fizeram pouco caso,além de dizerem que realmente não sabiam o que estava acontecendo que os ar condicionado não estavam funcionando a festa aconteceu,e no outro dia já enviei meu relato junto a outras queixas(foram algumas) o retorno da equipe foi que iam averiguar as câmeras e realmente ver se meus convidados estavam passando mal de calor,aí recebo o retorno de que, os testes foram feitos e somente 1 ar estavam com defeito e os demais funcionando,claro né,jamais diriam que realmente aqueles ar estariam estragados,então gente,não se iludam com aqueles imenso ar condicionado,só figuração,ahhh e o camarim, não indico p ninguém ir se arrumar lá,um forno maior ainda,que a maquiagem e nem o penteado ficam firmes de tão abafado,ainda tem outras queixas,mais não cabe aqui.
O pré venda deles são ótimo,o pós é que é um descaso!!!
I hired the buffet before the pandemic, we had several reschedules, the party had to happen 1 year and a half after the scheduled date, but finally 01/16/22 arrived, everything ok, until the beginning of the party, we had several inconveniences during the event, because those huge air conditioners, which were to serve to cool the environment and have a cozy party, since what made me sign the contract with them was the well being of my guests, they were "all" broken, only 1 small in over the air that was working, my guests were all dying of heat because there isn't even a window there, it was a total embarrassment, I called the team several times and they paid little attention, in addition to saying that they really didn't know what was happening that the air conditioning were not working the party happened, and the other day I already sent my report along with other complaints (there were some) the team's return was that they were going to check the cameras and really see if my guests were feeling sick from the heat, then I received the feedback that the tests were done and only 1 air was defective and the others working, of course, they would never say that those air would really be damaged, so people, don't be fooled by those immense air conditioning, just figuration, ahhh and the dressing room, I don't recommend anyone to go get ready there, an even bigger oven, that the makeup and the hairstyle are not tight because it's so stuffy, there are still other complaints, but it doesn't fit here.
Their pre-sales are great, the post-sales are a disservice!!!
