★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei durante 13 meses. Prédio q se diz de alto padrão com a acústica horrenda. Vc ouve seu vizinho de cima peidar rs e qd dá descarga parece uma cachoeira o barulho q passa pelos canos. Não vale nem de longe os milhões q pedem no apto. A minha sacada era de frente p/área de lazer, um verdadeiro terror, uma vez q o pessoal q frequenta parecem favelados, as crianças não brincam, berram o tempo inteiro e qd usam a churrasqueira aí sim, o circo está armado. Graças à Deus me mudei deste poleiro de luxo.
I lived for 13 months. Building that is said to be of a high standard with horrendous acoustics. You hear your neighbor from above farting rs and qd flushes like a waterfall the noise that goes through the pipes. Not worth even the millions who ask for the fit. My balcony was facing the recreation area, a real terror, since the people who attend seem favelas, the children do not play, shout all the time and when they use the barbecue there yes, the circus is armed. Thank goodness I moved from this luxury perch.
