O ruim é que não tem estacionamento para visitantes, muitas vezes não tem onde parar na rua de frente a portaria, na rua Porto Novo é complicado encontrar lugar também durante o dia.
Sobre o edifício para morar, residi em um dos primeiros andares. Tem vizinha antiga que fala berrando no hall (não importa o horário, se é fim de semana ou se tem criança dormindo).
Muitos moradores que chegam tarde da noite ou madrugada tem o costume de falar alto ao sair do carro, berrar para as crianças não fazerem barulho... o que atrapalha os moradores dos primeiros andares que tem o apartamento virado para o estacionamento.
 The division of the rooms in the apartment is great.
The bad thing is that there is no parking for visitors, often there is nowhere to stop on the street in front of the concierge, on Porto Novo street it is difficult to find a place also during the day.
About the building to live in, I lived on one of the first floors. There's an old neighbor who talks screaming in the hall (it doesn't matter what time it is, if it's the weekend or if there's a child sleeping).
Many residents who arrive late at night or early in the morning have the habit of talking loudly when getting out of the car, yelling at the children not to make noise... which disturbs the residents of the first floors who have the apartment facing the parking lot.
