As pessoas que trabalham no condomínio são solícitas e cordiais e o ambiente é ótimo.
 Excellent location, it has 3 blocks with about 432 apartments. It has a playground with 3 pools, 3 saunas, a court, canteen, party room, video room, gym etc.
The people who work in the condominium are helpful and friendly and the atmosphere is great.
