Great condo, infrastructure and location. Other than that there is a great leisure area with a snack bar inside the condominium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei já faz muito tempo aí , tinha uma boa infraestrutura no condomínio , piscina , bar , quadra de futebol , mas isso já faz quase 35 anos , sem dúvidas o prédio deve estar bem Velho e carecendo de reformas e deve ter um condomínio bem caro para o lazer que tem com uma idade bem avançada !! Somente uma boa administração !!!
I lived there for a long time , there was a good infrastructure in the condominium , swimming pool , bar , soccer field , but it 's been almost 35 years , without a doubt the building must be very old and in need of renovations and it must have a very expensive condominium for the leisure that you have with a very old age !! Only good administration!!!

Tenho boas recordações deste lugar. E estou retornando após 15 anos morando em outros imóveis que confesso não me ofereceram o mesmo conforto e infraestrutura de serviços.
My children grew up in this condominium and to this day, they maintain friendships.
I have good memories of this place. And I'm returning after 15 years living in other properties that I confess didn't offer me the same comfort and service infrastructure.
