★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito bom e caiu muito a qualidade. Considerava uma das únicas hambúrguerias de Santos boas para quem gosta do sabor de carne com o ponto sempre perfeito. Até ir comer na loja 2 vezes no último mês.
Da primeira vez o lanche veio ressecado e sem gosto, mesmo eu tendo pedido o ponto mal passado.
Tentei dar mias uma chance e pedi 3 lanches na loja para levar para casa (eu mesmo retirei). 1 no ponto e 2 lanches no mal passado. Todos vieram bem passados, sem nenhum vermelho dentro e sem sabor.
Decepção. A qualidade caiu muito. Acredito ser algo específico dessa franquia da cidade.
Uma pena
 It used to be very good and the quality has dropped a lot. I considered it one of the only good hamburgers in Santos for those who like the taste of meat with the perfect point. Even going to the store to eat twice in the last month.
The first time the snack came dry and tasteless, even though I ordered the medium rare.
Tried to give it more a chance and ordered 3 snacks at the store to take home (I picked it up myself). 1 on point and 2 snacks on rare. All came well done, with no red inside and no flavor.
Disappointment. The quality has dropped a lot. I believe it is something specific to this city franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estávamos numa turma grande de amigos e não conseguimos mesa em outra lanchonete da região. Então aqui no Bullguer, que tem um sistema de auto atendimento, conseguimos fazer nossos pedidos e consumir na própria loja num grupo grande um pouco dividido nas mesas.
O lanche é bom e saboroso.
We were in a large group of friends and we couldn't get a table at another cafeteria in the region. So here at Bullguer, which has a self-service system, we are able to place our orders and consume in the store itself in a large group that is a little divided around the tables.
Lunch is good and tasty.
