★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um anel para o reparo do banho, conforme a garantia diz. Entretanto, fui informada que o procedimento/devolução era de 15 dias. Já faz mais de dois meses e nada do meu anel. Quando ligo para a loja, me enrolam e pedem mais tempo. Quando mando mensagem no WhatsApp, ninguém responde. Não recomendo a loja para ninguém! Não cumprem o que garantem e o tratamento ao cliente após a compra é um lixo! Só dei um porque não tem a opção de 0.
I left a ring for the bath repair, as the warranty says. However, I was informed that the procedure/return took 15 days. It's been over two months and nothing on my ring. When I call the store, they stall me and ask for more time. When I send a message on WhatsApp, no one responds. I don't recommend the store to anyone! They don't fulfill what they guarantee and the treatment to the customer after the purchase is rubbish! I only gave one because it doesn't have the option of 0.
