★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela primeira vez fiquei muito insatisfeito com a marca, que infelizmente não escolhe bem para quem vende ou negocia sua franquia. Comprei uma peça no Natal deste ano 20 e tive que trocar, para simplificar não tinha mais a peça em estoque e a troquei por outra no shoping Iguatemi, pagando a diferença. Tive que trocar mais uma vez por conta do tamanho e me dirigi ao shoping Parangaba, lá o gerente David não me atendeu cordialmente e ainda não resolveu o problema, se negando a fazer a troca pq foi no outro shoping que tinha feito a compra, e q o sistema não permitia q eu a trocasse pq a q ele tinha era mais barata e a que levei mais cara, se eu quisesse teria q pagar a mais por uma peça que já era superior a de seu estoque, me fazendo constranger e descepcionar diante do ocorrido. Fiquei muito insatisfeito, já q sou cliente da loja a muitos anos. Não me mostrou o ? do consumidor, e muito menos me apresentou uma solução. O mesmo não estava visível no balcão de vendas.

I had to change again because of the size and I went to the Parangaba shop, there the manager David did not answer me cordially and still did not solve the problem, refusing to make the exchange because it was at the other shoping that had made the purchase, eqo the system didn’t allow me to change it because it was cheaper and the one I took more expensive, if I wanted to, I would have to pay more for a part that was already higher than its stock, making me embarrass and disassemble in the face of what happened. I was very dissatisfied, since I have been a customer of the store for many years. He didn't show me the me of the consumer, much less show me a solution. The same was not visible at the sales counter.

Mas não foi o contrário, me receberam super bem e efetuaram a troca. Fiquei super feliz, recomendo muito a loja Bunnys do Parangaba.
