★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma Camisa masculina a 2 semanas atrás porém ficou grande na pessoa ,hj dia 21/05/2022 fui fazer troca , não ofereceram o mesmo produto e sim um mais caro e tive que pagar a diferença. Alegando que não tinha mais o produto em promoção. Nem comunica só chama agente no caixa e diz que tem que pagar a diferença. Mais respeito com o cliente .
I bought a men's shirt 2 weeks ago but it was too big on the person, today 05/21/2022 I went to exchange it, they didn't offer the same product but a more expensive one and I had to pay the difference. Claiming that the product was no longer on sale. He doesn't even communicate, he just calls the agent at the cashier and says he has to pay the difference. More respect for the customer.
