★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é perfeito, excelente, os melhores funcionários que já conheci, bastante simpáticos e atenciosos, os lanches são deliciosos e de alta qualidade. Mas fica um adendo aqui, a máquina de Autoatendimento não carrega de maneira nenhuma o pagamento com Mercado Pago. Deixei de fazer 2 pedidos por causa disso, espero que na próxima vez que eu estiver aí esteja funcionando.
The service is perfect, excellent, the best staff I have ever met, very friendly and attentive, the snacks are delicious and of high quality. But there is an addendum here, the ATM machine does not charge the payment with Mercado Pago in any way. I stopped making 2 orders because of that, I hope that the next time I am there it will be working.

O atendimento é péssimo!
Nas últimas duas vezes que vim aqui no BK da praça de alimentação do shopping Rio poty pra comprar Milk shake, ninguém me atendeu! Na primeira vez chamei a atendente do lado da sobremesa ela disse que não tinha ninguém pra atender e que o sorvete estava congelado, hoje novamente a mesma coisa, sendo que o kiosk tá aberto! Sendo assim fui comprar no Mc, pelo menos lá eles me atendem! Se nao querem vender o Milk shake e melhor retirar a parte da sobremesa!

The service is terrible!
The last two times I came here at BK from the food court of the Rio poty mall to buy Milk shake, no one answered me! The first time I called the attendant at the dessert side she said there was no one to answer and that the ice cream was frozen, today the same thing again, and the kiosk is open! So I went to buy at the Mc, at least there they serve me! If you don't want to sell the Milkshake, it's better to remove the dessert part!
