★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -1 Péssima ! comprei o h2o mop x5, na quarta vez de uso não emitiu mais vapor. A gerente da época passou semanas para me entregar uma cópia da nota fiscal, pois a minha tinha apagado. Pedi por email, por telefone, pessoalmente. Sempre me indicando caminhos falsos, desencontrados, errados, até entregar pessoalmente na loja, o que me deixou mais chateada, depois de ter me enrolado tanto. Mandei o aparelho para a seguradora. Acabo de testá-lo e está pior. Emitiu vapor por 10 segundo, parou e só vaza água. Não vou enviá-lo novamente pra manutenção, não faz sentido. Ou trocam, ou devolvem meu dinheiro, ou vou ao PROCOM receber 3x o valor da compra. Chega!
-1 Terrible! I bought the h2o mop x5, on the fourth time of use it did not emit more steam. The manager at the time spent weeks to hand me a copy of the invoice, since mine had been deleted. I asked by email, by phone, personally. Always pointing out false, mismatched, wrong paths, until I personally delivered to the store, which made me more upset, after having wrapped up so much. I sent the device to the insurance company. I just tested it and it's worse. It emitted steam for 10 seconds, stopped and only water leaks. I won't send it back for maintenance, it doesn't make sense. Either exchange, or return my money, or I go to PROCOM to receive 3x the purchase price. Enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são os mesmos do site. Te oferecem um seguro que vale como uma Capitalização e um seguro de vida, mas eles não te falam isso. É melhor comprar em casa e pegar na loja. Os produtos são de boa qualidade.
Prices are the same as on the website. They offer you insurance that is valid as a capitalization and life insurance, but they don't tell you that. It is better to buy at home and pick up at the store. The products are of good quality.
