Fiz meu pedido hoje 21/06/2020 pelo iFood e vieram o pedido todo errado!
Paguei 2 combos e não recebi nem ao menos 1 combo.
Absurdo, e a loja não disponibiliza de telefone fixo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como toda a franquia BK, o lanche em si é muito bom. Só precisam estar mais de olho na bebida, pois as vezes as bebidas que saem na máquina, vem com o gosto alterado. Ontem o gelo estava saindo com água, logo, aguando a bebida. Eu troquei a bebida e não coloquei gelo e então ficou ótima!
Like the whole BK franchise, the snack itself is very good. They just need to keep an eye on the drink, because sometimes the drinks that come out of the machine come with the altered taste. Yesterday the ice was pouring with water, soon, watering the drink. I changed the drink and didn't add ice and then it was great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho o que reclamar da comida, que assim como toda franquia, está no padrão burguer king, mas quanto ao atendimento é péssimo, fiquei aguardando a funcionária acabar de conversar com outro funcionário para me atender ao caixa, depois de comprar uma casquinha e um sundae fiquei aguardando mais de 10 min, loja vazia!! Quando chegou meu pedido ainda veio errado.
I have nothing to complain about the food, which, like all franchises, is in the standard burger king, but as for the service is terrible, I was waiting for the employee to finish talking to another employee to attend to the cashier, after buying a cone and a sundae I was waiting more than 10 min, store empty !! When my order arrived it still came wrong.
