O atendimento é péssimo comprei um lanche dia 12/01 passou duas vezes meu cartão e até agora estou esperando estorno. Já fui lá novamente e até agora não tive retorno um absurdo.
The service is terrible I bought a snack on the 12/01th, my card was passed twice and I'm still waiting for a refund. I've been there again and so far I haven't had an absurd return.

Tentei realizar 2 compras no dia de hoje (20/12) e a loja simplesmente não fez a venda! A primeira compra foi realizada no aplicativo, pago pelo mercado pago, apresentei o comprovante de pagamento, recibo do pedido detalhado como consta no aplicativoo, o gerente de turno pediu para realizar o cancelamento e fazer um novo pedido, pois de acordo com ele, nao constava em seu sistema. A segunda foi realizada em um quiosque, por meio do clube bk e além de querer me cobrar um valor pelo pedido (no regulamento da promoção nao constava nenhum valor a ser cobrado), nao havia troco e novamente, pediram para eu cancelar. Como ex supervisora de vendas da rede, acho um absurdo a postura de optarem a cancelar o pedido, ao invés de buscar uma solução com o cliente sobre os problemas ocasioandos pela falta de preparo da equipe, ainda mais uma atitude vinda de um coordenador.
I tried to make 2 purchases today (20/12) and the store just didn't make the sale! The first purchase was made in the app, paid by the paid market, I presented the proof of payment, receipt of the detailed order as shown in the app, the shift manager asked to cancel and place a new order, because according to him, no was in your system. The second was held at a kiosk, through the bk club and in addition to wanting to charge me an amount for the order (in the promotion regulations there was no amount to be charged), there was no change and again, I was asked to cancel. As a former sales supervisor of the chain, I think the attitude of opting to cancel the order is absurd, instead of seeking a solution with the customer about the problems caused by the lack of preparation of the team, even more an attitude coming from a coordinator.
