★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento que pode existir! Mau administrada, falta ingredientes, se vc pedir um hambúrguer personalizado, sem ou com algum ingrediente fora do padrão não Vem, pq eles são mecânicos, sem atenção e mal educados.
 The worst service there can be! Poorly managed, lacking ingredients, if you order a customized hamburger, without or with any non-standard ingredient, don't come, because they are mechanical, unattended and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei pra almoçar no dia 04/12/19 as 11:15 e a loja ainda estava fechada e sem previsão de começar a servir lanches. Comi no concorrente e saí 12h, sendo que nesse meio tempo vi muitos clientes que queriam comer no BK e não conseguiram pq a loja ainda nao estava servindo comida.
I arrived for lunch on 12/04/19 at 11:15 and the store was still closed and no plans to start serving snacks. I ate at the competitor and left at 12pm, and in the meantime saw many customers who wanted to eat at BK and could not because the store was not yet serving food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade dos lanches vem caindo bastante, as batatas muito salgadas ,acho que poderia vir com sachê de sal para cada cliente colocar o sal a vontade própria.
The quality of the snacks has been dropping a lot, the potatoes are very salty, I think it could come with a sachet of salt for each customer to add the salt at their own leisure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já na é a primeira vez que vou ao BK do Ilha Plaza Shopping e tenho uma surpresa desagradável.Nesta unidade é praticamente impossível vc beber um refrigerante com gelo pois nunca há.A máquina está sempre suja,molhada e os próprios funcionários avisam que se quisermos refris gelados temos que comprar latas(mas sem refil o que fere o princípio do fast food).Outra coisa a máquina está sem mate a mais de um mês e não consertam. Somente 3 tipos de bebidas de quisermoS e quentes.Reclamei com a funcionária , reclamei com ela e não dela pois a ADM desta unidade sempre deixou muito a desejar.Uma lástima!
This is the first time I go to BK Plaza Island Shopping and I have an unpleasant surprise. In this unit it is practically impossible to drink a soda with ice because there is never. The machine is always dirty, wet and the employees themselves warn that if we want Ice refills we have to buy cans (but no refill which hurts the principle of fast food). Another thing the machine is unmatched more than a month and do not fix. Only 3 types of hot and cold drinks. I complained to the clerk, I complained to her and not her because the ADM of this unit always left a lot to be desired. A pity!
