★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um hambúrguer as 20:20 com tempo de espera de 1 hora, após passar o tempo liguei para cobrar várias vezes,por fim não atendiam minha ligação , o hamburguer chegou as 23:15 cancelei o pedido,quando decidimos trabalhar com o público temos que ter a descencia de enfrentar o cliente e nem isso vcs tiveram.Nao indico para ninguém.
 I ordered a hamburger at 20:20 with a waiting time of 1 hour, after passing the time I called to charge several times, finally they didn't answer my call, the hamburger arrived at 23:15 I canceled the order, when we decided to work with the public we have that having the descent to face the client and not even that you guys had. Not for anyone.

Até aí tudo bem, quando deu 00:00 nada do meu pedido chegar, liguei para o estabelecimento e me disseram que o pedido já tinha saído para entrega e que já ia entregar o meu,assim esperei mais 30 minutos e nada, então liguei novamente e assim me diz a gerente que eles tava com ausência de 2 motoboy e que tava fazendo a entrega de carro, até aí fui compreensiva, falou que já ia entregar. Quando foi as 1:30 eu liguei novamente perguntando em quanto tempo ia chegar, ela me deu a resposta que meu pedido não tinha cido anotado. Fiquei super frustada com essa situação, pq foi uma falta de respeito com o consumidor, eu escolhir de fato o restaurante pela a classificação que era ótima. Sobre a gerente do estabelecimento foi super educada, mas deixou a desejar com a falta de comprometimento dos funcionários. No final de tudo ela se disponibilizou a fazer o 2 hambúrguer e que ela msm entregasse, só eu já tava com fome e o meu namorado teve que sair 2horas da manhã para ir ter q comprar algo para comermos. Fica minha decepção com o estabelecimento.

So far so good, when it was 00:00 nothing of my order arrived, I called the establishment and I was told that the order had already left for delivery and that it was going to deliver mine, so I waited another 30 minutes and nothing, so I called again and so the manager tells me that they were missing two motorcycle couriers and that they were delivering the car, until then I was understanding, said that I was going to deliver. When it was 1:30 I called again asking how long it was going to arrive, she gave me the answer that my request had not been noted. I was super frustrated with this situation, because it was a lack of respect for the consumer, I actually chose the restaurant because of the rating that was great. About the property manager she was super polite, but left something to be desired with the lack of commitment from the staff. At the end of everything she offered to make the 2 hamburger and that she would deliver, but I was already hungry and my boyfriend had to leave 2 am in the morning to go and buy something to eat. My disappointment with the establishment remains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, sinceramente o melhor hamburguer artesanal que já experimentei na região do Guarani. Pedi o cheddar duplo na minha primeira compra, na minha opinião, a quantidade de cheddar é bem exagerada (faz jus ao nome)... O hambúrguer é delicioso, mas achei enjoativo pelo cheddar. Por isso não dou as 5 estrelas.
Veio com um molho a parte que parece bacon com queijo defumado, fantástico!!! As fritas vieram quentinhas e crocantes. Além disso, a entrega foi rápida como prometido.
Lanche quente, muito gostoso.
Estão de parabéns! Voltarei a comprar com certeza.
Very good, honestly the best artisan burger I've ever tried in the Guarani region. I ordered the double cheddar on my first purchase, in my opinion, the amount of cheddar is quite exaggerated (it lives up to its name) ... The hamburger is delicious, but I found it sickening for the cheddar. That's why I don't give it 5 stars.
It came with a sauce that looks like bacon with smoked cheese, fantastic !!! The fries came warm and crispy. In addition, delivery was fast as promised.
Hot, very tasty snack.
They are to be congratulated! I'll be back to buy for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos lá... Primeira vez que eu fui aí fui tratada como rainha, super simpáticos, sanduíches deliciosos e saborosos, um sonho! Segunda vez: o sabor já deixou a desejar, enjoativo, sem graça, mas deixei pra lá. Última vez que fui: não responderam nem o boa noite, sanduíche PURO OLEO, chegava a escorrer e pingar no prato, muito pesado e carne mal passada quase crua, cada mordida uma tristeza.
Pedi pelo ifood para ver se mudaram alguma coisa na cozinha e voltaram a fazer sanduíche gostoso, mas não. Infelizmente não voltarei a comprar
Come on ... First time I went there I was treated like queen, super friendly, delicious and tasty sandwiches, a dream! Second time: the taste has already left something to be desired, nauseating, bland, but never mind. Last time I went: they didn't even say good night, PURE OIL sandwich, dripping and dripping on the plate, very heavy and undercooked almost raw, each bite a sadness.
I asked ifood to see if they changed anything in the kitchen and made tasty sandwiches again, but no. Unfortunately I will not buy again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São poucos os estabelecimentos que defendemos com certeza que é bom. Peço no Burguer Green há 1 ano e nunca me decepcionei. Nas poucas vezes que tive algum problema com o pedido, foi tudo resolvido e entregue um novo em menos de 20min. Atendimento por telefone excelente, motoboy Neymar simpático e prestativo, equipe sensacional, nunca atrasa.
Sem contar os hambúrgueres saborosissimos, impecáveis, o molho verde imbatível e o macarrão que é o melhor que já comi na vida.
Todos os colaboradores estão de parabéns e o burguer Green só merece crescer! ?
Many stores we stand for sure it's good. I order at Burguer Green 1 year ago and I was never disappointed. The few times I had a problem with the request, it was all sorted and delivered a new one in less than 20min. Excellent service by phone, motorcycle courier Neymar friendly and helpful, amazing staff, never late.
Not to mention the tasty, clean burgers, the unbeatable green sauce and the best noodles I've ever eaten.
All employees are to be congratulated and the burger Green just deserves to grow! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do sanduíche é excelente. Porém depois que começaram a colocar pedido mínimo de 25 reais. Parei de pedir. Acho que poderiam rever esse conceito de vocês. Pois as pessoas que conheço que pediam, pararam de pedir pelo mesmo motivo ou por atrasos em entregas... Fica a dica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasam demais na entrega. Sanduíches chegam frios... Fiz teste 3 vezes e nas três vezes aconteceu a mesma coisa. Liguei para reclamar e um rapaz só falava "hum hum hum hum "... Péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Não adianta ter sanduíche bom se não sabem atender! Ahhhh liguei uma vez para pedir e me mandaram pedir pelo APP pois o rapaz que atendeu não poderia anotar meus pedidos naquela hora! É mole?
Too late in delivery. Sandwiches arrive cold ... I tested three times and three times the same thing happened. I called to complain and a guy just said "hum hum hum hum" ... Poor customer service. There's no point in having a good sandwich if you don't know how to answer it! Ahhhh I called once to ask and they sent me to ask for the APP because the guy who answered could not take my orders at that time! It's easy?
