★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedir dois dogs e ambos cheagaram com os pães queimados conforme a foto. Quando reclamei através do whats up, a pessoa que me atendeu disse - realmente passou um pouco - . Isso é passar um pouco (vide foto)? Depois seguiu falando: - Mas infelizmente os produtos são embalados na cozinha e só sabemos quando vcs nos dão um feed, Até então a única obs de hoje ! Por isso a surpresa também pra nós !
O cozinheiro não percebeu que o pão queimou? Ou preferiram enviar para o cliente ao invés de descartar o pão queimado? Preferem perder um cliente mas não perdem um pão. Quanto custa um pão? Quanto custa um cliente? Sem falar o total despreparo da pessoa que me atendeu, ela nem parece que trabalha no burguergrill pois se eximiu da culpa e expôs seus colegas da cozinha, e não soube lhe dá com um cliente insatisfeito. Lembrem-se cada cliente é unico, NENHUM NEGÓCIO OBTÉM SUCESSO QUANDO NÃO TEM FOCO NO CLIENTE E PADRÕES DE QUALIDADE. E destaco que não é a primeira vez que acontece mas será a última.
Order two dogs and both arrived with the buns burnt as shown in the photo. When I complained through whats up, the person who answered me said - it really passed a little - . Is this passing a little (see photo)? Then he continued saying: - But unfortunately the products are packed in the kitchen and we only know when you give us a feed, Until then the only obs today! So the surprise for us too!
Didn't the cook notice that the bread burned? Or did they prefer to send it to the customer instead of discarding the burnt bread? They prefer to lose a customer but they don't lose a loaf of bread. How much does a loaf cost? How much does a customer cost? Not to mention the total lack of preparation of the person who served me, she doesn't even seem like she works at the burguergrill because she excused herself from blame and exposed her colleagues in the kitchen, and didn't know how to deal with a dissatisfied customer. Remember each customer is unique, NO BUSINESS IS SUCCESSFUL WHEN IT DOES NOT FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER AND QUALITY STANDARDS. And I emphasize that this is not the first time it has happened, but it will be the last.
