★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, cheio só tinha mais gente pra atender entrega on-line, do que pras pessoas que estavam presentes, minha filha no outro dia acordou com muita dor na barriga por causa do lanche, sem contar a quantidade de baratas voadoras no chão próxima a escada saindo pro estacionamento.
Terrible, full there were only more people to attend online delivery, than for the people who were present, my daughter the other day woke up with a lot of pain in her belly because of the snack, not to mention the amount of flying cockroaches on the floor next to the stairs going out to the parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me amarro no lanche do BK, e essa loja da Dutra é muito perto aqui de casa, então os lanches chegavam quentinhos na maioria das vezes. Pedia com frequência no UberEats, porém agora a entrega é somente no Ifood, e muito cara para a distância, e a loja não tem entrega própria. Deixei de consumir por isso.
I love BK's lunch, and this Dutra store is very close to my house, so the snacks arrived hot most of the time. I used to order often on UberEats, but now delivery is only at Ifood, and very expensive for distance, and the store doesn't have its own delivery. I stopped drinking because of that.

O Burger King do posto 13 na Dutra, tem que rever seu quadro de funcionários, pois me sinto constrangido pela gerente!
fiz o pagamento é na hora de fazer o estorno, ela disse que eu tinha que aguardar 09 dias pra ter o valor devolvido, isso é um absurdo!!!!
não quis nem me dar um comprovante de estorno.
não recomendo o BK do posto 13 na Dutra a ninguém.

Burger King at post 13 at Dutra has to review its staff, because I feel embarrassed by the manager!
I made the payment and it was time to make the chargeback, she said I had to wait 09 days to have the amount returned, this is absurd!!!!
Didn't even want to give me proof of chargeback.
I don't recommend the BK at post 13 at Dutra to anyone.

The best BK franchise in Nova Iguaçu, I say that because the snacks here are really great, and everything that has to come in the snack they put it right, apart from the top service.
