★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos em 3 para o rodízio completo. Erraram varias vezes os pedidos e demoraram quase 1 hora pra entregar 2 chás, e entregaram chá errado. Ao pagar a conta de quase 300 reais, o garçom ficou bravo e desrespeitoso por eu não querer pagar os 10%, porque segundo ele, o restaurante nao paga salário para os garçons, e quis discutir comigo, como se eu devesse dinheiro pra ele. Tem tantos lugares com comida boa, não gaste seu dinheiro com esse.
 We went in 3 for the full carvery. The orders were wrong several times and it took almost 1 hour to deliver 2 teas, and they delivered the wrong tea. When paying the bill of almost 300 reais, the waiter was angry and disrespectful for me not wanting to pay the 10%, because according to him, the restaurant does not pay the waiters salary, and he wanted to argue with me, as if I owed him money. There are so many places with good food, don't waste your money on this one.

Pedimos um rodízio japonês, mas vários pedidos (realizados no tablet) não chegaram, tudo atrasado e desorganizado. Resumo, a experiência foi ruim e infelizmente mais uma vez não valeu a pena.
The food is not bad, but the amount charged is considerable and the service left a lot to be desired in the last 3 times. We ordered a Japanese carvery, but several orders (made on the tablet) did not arrive, everything was late and disorganized. In summary, the experience was bad and unfortunately once again not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida é boa , porém eu pedi rodízio para 2 pessoas, paguei um valor considerável e pra minha surpresa os pedidos demoravam muito tempo para chegar na mesa, teve comida fria, imagens enganosas no app, onde escolhiamos uma porção de isca de frango e depois de 30 min chegou 2 iscas minúsculas e frias, um descaso.
Ficamos 2 horas esperado e desistimos, foi uma hora só para chegar a isca que citei acima, aí os pedidos chegava de tempos em tempos, todos separados.
Apesar da comida ser boa, não recomendo pela demora no atendimento.
Food is good, but I ordered a carvery for 2 people, I paid a considerable amount and to my surprise the orders took a long time to arrive at the table, there was cold food, misleading images in the app, where we chose a portion of chicken bait and after 30 min arrived 2 tiny and cold baits, an oversight.
We waited 2 hours and gave up, it was just an hour to get the bait I mentioned above, then the orders arrived from time to time, all separate.
Although the food is good, I do not recommend due to the delay in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao contrário das duas primeiras vezes em que fomos, desta vez senti que o atum não estava fresco, pelo contrário, com cor cheiro e gosto ruim, acabamos passando mal em casa. Também não gostamos do rodízio que foi bem diferente do que costumava ser.
Foi muito fraco!
Uma pena, pois levamos uma amiga pra conhecer!
Unlike the first two times we went, this time I felt that the tuna was not fresh, on the contrary, with a bad color, smell and taste, we ended up feeling sick at home. We also didn't like the carvery which was quite different from what it used to be.
It was very weak!
A pity, because we took a friend to meet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom. Preço justo e pratos bem feitos, variados e com opções de cardápio como: carnes a lá carte, pratos executivos, rodízio japones. O restaurante fica dentro do shopping Plaza Itu.
Very good. Fair price and well-cooked dishes, varied and with menu options such as: à la carte meats, executive dishes, Japanese all-you-can-eat. The restaurant is located inside the Plaza Itu shopping mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos super bem atendidos no rodízio japonês, o local respeita o distanciamento, o rodízio só parou de servir quando realmente estávamos satisfeitos. O capricho do local, do atendimento e dos pratos, a qualidade dos produtos aliados ainda a cortesia do atendimento, vi poucas vezes em muitos restaurantes que já frequentei. Vocês estão de Parabéns!!! Voltarei
We were super well attended at the Japanese carvery, the place respects the distance, the carvery only stopped serving when we were really satisfied. The whimsy of the place, the service and the dishes, the quality of the products allied to the courtesy of the service, I have seen few times in many restaurants I have frequented. You are to be congratulated!!! I will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ITU com poucas mas excelentes opções, traz esse local fantástico. Localizado dentro do estacionamento do Shopping PLAZA, era a antiga churrascaria do Tonillu. Tem opções diversas de comidas, POKE, Porções e etc. Cardápio variado q atende a diversos gostos, traz opções de drinks, chopp, e até buffet variado.
Diria que é um local confortável, limpo agradável e q em relação a comida todos irão sair satisfeitos. Recomendo como opção para casais, família e amigos.
ITU with few but excellent options, brings this fantastic location. Located inside Shopping PLAZA parking lot, it was the former Tonillu steakhouse. It has different options of food, POKE, Portions and etc. Varied menu that caters to different tastes, with drinks, draft beer, and even a varied buffet.
I would say that it is a comfortable place, clean and pleasant and in terms of food, everyone will be satisfied. I recommend it as an option for couples, family and friends.
