I have been working with them for over 3 years and have always served me quickly. Regarding values for the stickers has a fair price.

Infelizmente confiei na capacidade e no slogan dessa gráfica e solicitei um serviço. A pessoa que me atendeu (Willian Alencar) simplesmente ignorou meu pedido e não o fez com a desculpa de que eu não havia confirmado nada, coisa que fiz, já que enviei a arte solicitada, forma de pagamento e de fato disse que iria fazer, como consta nos e-mails. Tanto que o mesmo me estipulou que o tempo de produção é de 1 dia, e que ficaria pronto na terça feira (hoje). Acredito que o mínimo a ser feito em um caso desses, é em caso de dúvidas perguntar ao cliente se ele vai querer o serviço (coisa que não era necessário, já que solicitei).
Infelizmente o prazo era apertado e precisava pegar o material logo, pois se trata de uma apresentação na feira de tecnologia da faculdade, coisa que não farei mais.

Unfortunately, I trusted the capacity and slogan of this printer and requested a service. The person who attended me (Willian Alencar) simply ignored my request and didn't do it with the excuse that I hadn't confirmed anything, which I did, since I sent the requested artwork, payment method and actually said I would do it, as stated in the emails. So much so that it stipulated that the production time is 1 day, and that it would be ready on Tuesday (today). I believe that the minimum to be done in such a case is, in case of doubt, to ask the customer if he will want the service (which was not necessary, since I requested it).
Unfortunately, the deadline was tight and I needed to get the material soon, as this is a presentation at the college's technology fair, which I won't do anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazem tudo de qualquer jeito. Pedi para cortar uma folha e plastificar e só plastificaram a folha inteira. Pedi pra cortar um conjunto de folhas e encadernar (e fui num lugar especializado porque queria as folhas retinhas) e ficou muito porco - se eu tivesse cortado em casa teria ficado melhor. Nunca mais volto.
They do everything anyway. I asked to cut a leaf and laminate and only laminated the entire sheet. I asked to cut a set of sheets and to bind (and I went to a specialized place because I wanted the sheets straight) and it was very pig - if I had cut it at home it would have been better. I'll never be back.

Excellent service and care. However, they urgently need to fix the air conditioning, impossible to wait for service inside the store, especially with the sun on the counter.
