★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei várias peças de roupas nessa loja que, no momento da compra tive ótima assistência. Tive vários problemas de pós venda . Primeiramente, a calça rasgou e o vestido também . Precisei devolver as peças danificadas e vou revertido em um saldo para troca”. Desde então, realizo várias tentativas porém a DEMORA de mais de 3 dias para receber o retorno! E quando recebo são de valores diferentes do que minhas amigas perguntam por MSN no whatsap, ou seja a empresa aumenta os valores para quem realiza a troca, o que é um absurdo!!! Por ex. No dia de promoção, a vendedora Jeane mesmo on-line não passa o retorno sobre as peças, apenas depois q passam o valores uma semana depois mandam a MSN com valores errados por ex. À prazo , porém meu pagamento foi à vista e que na troca não é considerado por fragilidade da loja e sem idoniedade. Se trata de questiúncula no código do consumidor, ou descaso” , a troca já se estende para 3 meses e não consigo retorno plausível da loja, tendo em vista toda essa problemática, estou em recorrência de deduções judicias !! NÃO COMPREM NESSA LOJA !!! Nem pensar em passar o nervoso que eu passei e ainda estou passando por o valor de 1.500 até agora está parado em poder da loja e que não se manisfesta em soluções precisas ! Atendimento ZERO!! Fora que estou em busca de órgãos que auxiliam o consumidor nesse quesito.
