 Irresponsible attendant, with no commitment to those served. Lack seriousness and professionalism. We made an appointment for a certain date and when confirming days later, it was not on the agenda. Terrible attendance.

â â â â â Faço acompanhamento na Unidade de BH tambĂ©m, a Dra que me atende Ă© excelente, mas as atendentes realmente sĂŁo PĂSSIMAS, tem uma loira que eu atĂ© perguntei o nome dela pra colocar aqui mas esqueci, essa entĂŁo Ă© a pior de todas, super grossa, uma cara horrĂvel pra gente e um tom de voz totalmente irĂŽnico.
I do follow-up at the BH Unit too, the Dr. who attends me is excellent, but the attendants really are TERRIBLE, there is a blonde that I even asked her name to put here but I forgot, this is the worst of all, super thick, a horrible face for us and a totally ironic tone of voice.

â â â â â Gostei dos mĂ©dicos com os quais me consultei. (Oftalmologista e Ginecologista). PorĂ©m o atendimento das recepcionistas Ă© ruim e ineficiente. AlĂ©m de darem informaçÔes erradas por telefone, minha consulta que era Ă s 8:40 sĂł fui ser atendida Ă s 10:40 porque ela nĂŁo lançou minha chegada no sistema. Isso porque fui atĂ© a recepção DUAS vezes perguntar sobre o meu atendimento. PĂ©ssimas!
I liked the doctors I saw. (Ophthalmologist and Gynecologist). However, the receptionists' service is poor and inefficient. In addition to giving wrong information over the phone, my appointment, which was at 8:40, was only answered at 10:40 because she did not post my arrival on the system. That's because I went to the reception TWICE to ask about my service. Lousy!

O site marcouconsulta.com.br funcionava muito bem, mas foi desativado e agora somos obrigados a nos submeter a ligar! LamentĂĄvel!

Só vou ali porcausa da médica Dra Gisela, fora isso precisa melhorar e muito. Atendentes desanimadas em recepcionar bem os pacientes.
Telefone demora a atender.
Ill-informed attendants, doctors delay appointments for more than 1 h, if the doctor is absent or will delay, no one gives any satisfaction to the client.
I only go there because of doctor Dr. Gisela, other than that it needs to improve a lot. Attendants discouraged in welcoming patients well.
