★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No último dia 22 foi realizado a festa de um ano da minha filha. Foi tudo maravilhoso!!! Atendimento excelente, todos muitos animados, educados e prestativos. O espaço é maravilhoso, a comida então nem se fala! Muita variedade, tudo muito bem feito e bem servido do início ao fim da festa! Brinquedos para todas as idades! Meus convidados se divertiram muito e recebemos muitos elogios. Nota 1000! Com certeza farei mais festas no by kids!
 On the 22nd, my daughter's 1st birthday party was held. It was all wonderful!!! Excellent service, everyone was very lively, polite and helpful. The space is wonderful, the food is not even mentioned! Lots of variety, all very well done and well served from beginning to end of the party! Toys for all ages! My guests had a great time and we received a lot of compliments. Note 1000! I will definitely do more parties at by kids!

Mayara é ótima! Ela acompanhou tudo de pertinho. Só posso agradecer por todo cuidado dela e da equipe que tambémtrabalhouna festa. Foi demais!❤
I had my baby's 1st birthday party here and it was wonderful. Everything!! The space is amazing, wide, with plenty of attractions. The variety of the menu and quality surprised all guests. Mayara is great! She followed everything closely. I can only thank her for all the care she and the team that also worked on the party. It was awesome!❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estivemos nesse buffet antes da pandemia e o atendimento foi melhor, mas o que mais me deixou decepcionada hoje, foi por se tratar de uma festa infantil, e no cardápio constar itens, que não foram servidos, e ao solicitar aos colaboradores um dos itens, porque meu filho , uma criança.... ficou com vontade, não deram a menor importância!! Um grande descaso, e falta de comprometimento com o cliente, não levando em consideração o pedido que constava no cardápio!!!
Não recomendo o buffet!
We've been to this buffet before the pandemic and the service was better, but what disappointed me the most today was because it was a children's party, and on the menu there were items that were not served, and when asking employees for one of the items , because my son, a child.... he felt like it, they didn't give the slightest importance!! A great disregard, and lack of commitment to the customer, not taking into account the order that was on the menu!!!
I don't recommend the buffet!

I held my son's 2nd birthday party at ByKids and it was just perfect from start to finish!!! I only had raves from my guests the food is wonderful the animated displays!! I recommend 100000times they are TOPPPPP ????????
