★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a festa de 4 anos do meu filho no dia 16/10/21 e fiquei decepcionada como o buffet caiu de qualidade, pois o aniversário de 1 aninho também foi lá e não tive problema. O Crepe foi servido sem queijo e a mini pizza que estava no contrato não serviram, acho que esqueceram de comprar o queijo, pois foi muita coincidência, não dava p servir a pizza sem queijo. Os salgados foram regulados, 3 convidados pediram coxinha para os garçons e disseram que não tinha mais. O jantar foi servido às 20:40 hrs, comentei com gerente que estava muito cedo, pois a festa começou 19:30 hrs, mas a mesma disse que esse era o horário de sempre, pareceu que queriam parar de servir as outras coisas, como se estivessem regulando. A cerveja era pra ser servida a vontade, mas toda hora alguém vinha reclamar que estava com o copo vazio, inclusive meu marido, que foi pedir 3 vezes pra servir à cerveja. As lembrancinhas das crianças quase não deram, sendo que tinham 18 crianças na festa e 29 lembrancinhas, a moça alegou que os adultos estavam pegando, mas ela está lá para ver isso. Foi uma pena ficar sabendo de tudo no dia seguinte, pois não tinha mais conserto. Mandei várias mensagens para a dona do buffet, inclusive com os áudios dos meus convidados com as reclamações, a mesma me pediu desculpas e falou que dá próxima vez não terei esses problemas, pois ficará pessoalmente na festa, realmente não terei, nunca mais faço festa no buffet Kasa Fantástica e também não recomendo.
 I did my son's 4th birthday party on 10/16/21 and I was disappointed as the buffet dropped in quality, as the 1st birthday was also there and I had no problem. The Crepe was served without cheese and the mini pizza that was in the contract did not serve, I think they forgot to buy the cheese, as it was too much of a coincidence, it was not possible to serve the pizza without cheese. The snacks were regulated, 3 guests asked the waiters for coxinha and said they didn't have more. Dinner was served at 8:40 pm, I commented to the manager that it was too early, as the party started at 7:30 pm, but she said that this was the usual time, it seemed they wanted to stop serving other things, like if they were regulating. The beer was to be served freely, but every time someone came to complain that the glass was empty, including my husband, who asked 3 times to serve the beer. The children's souvenirs were almost non-existent, as there were 18 children at the party and 29 souvenirs, the girl claimed that the adults were taking it, but she is there to see it. It was a shame to find out about everything the next day, as there was no further repair. I sent several messages to the buffet owner, including the audios of my guests with complaints, she apologized and said that next time I won't have these problems, because she'll be at the party in person, I really won't, I'll never party again at the Kasa Fantástica buffet and also do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a festa da Elisa no Kasa Fantástica e foi perfeito! Desde a comida q estava ótima até a diversão que foi completa! A Silvana é ótima, super atenciosa, simpática e competente. Não tenho qualquer reclamação, a festa foi só elogios! A decoração da ladybug é demais e o pessoal do buffet é super legal! Recomendo e contrataria novamente com certeza!
I had Elisa's party at Kasa Fantástica and it was perfect! From the food that was great to the fun that was complete! Silvana is great, super attentive, friendly and competent. I have no complaints, the party was all praise! The ladybug decor is awesome and the buffet staff is super cool! Would recommend and would definitely hire again!

I loved the buffet, I had my daughter's 1st birthday party there. All the guests praised. Good food, very friendly and helpful staff.
When I go to party again, I will definitely go there.

Tenho que fazer um comentário sobre o garçom que serviu as bebidas, não sei o nome dele mas sei que todos os convidados cervejeiros ficaram apaixonados rsrs, extremamente atencioso, procurava as pessoas pra encher o copo, decorava qual cerveja cada um estava tomando, realmente um profissional excelente. As meninas também, todas muito educadas e solícitas. Com certeza faremos mais festas nesse buffet.
I wanted to thank you for the excellent service provided, we were very happy with our party, we thought everything was perfect, delicious food and very well served, it exceeded our expectations, we received many compliments from the guests. I have to make a comment about the waiter who served the drinks, I don't know his name but I know that all the beer guests were in love lol, extremely attentive, he looked for people to fill the glass, decorated which beer each one was drinking, really a excellent professional. The girls too, all very polite and helpful. We will definitely have more parties at this buffet.
