The store is good but, on Friday, a huge queue and only one cashier to attend, and a lot of would work back and forth without doing anything useful

Huge checkout line, and terrible phone service, no one answers. Today I called to say that they didn’t put a product in my bag, I didn’t get it, they don’t answer. I wanted to leave it registered so I could pick up the piece the next day.

É uma gosma melequenta que dá nojo. Vou continuar indo ao shopping durante a pandemia, quando necessário, mas levarei meu próprio álcool protetor para as mãos. Me desculpem pela franqueza.
I continue to state my opinion about C&A for over a year. C&A is great. I am obliged to talk about the quality of the alcohol gel made available by the store. How bad. It is a melancholy goo that disgusts. I will continue to go to the mall during the pandemic when necessary, but I will take my own protective alcohol to my hands. I'm sorry for the frankness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de dividir com todos...´´Tive uma experiência nessa loja C&A Tiete Plaza, que tinha tudo para me fazer nunca mais entrar em uma filial da rede C&A, porem a forma que a situação foi conduzida pela liderança (ISAC e Atendente NAIANE), não só me fez continuar como cliente, como me fez vir ate esse canal para elogiar. Parabéns!
Acho que essa equipe de liderança, deveria ser usada como CASE, para ensinar outras filiais da rede.
