★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Fiz uma compra e quando fui retirar fiquei 50 min no sol para dizerem que não tinham o produto em estoque. Ainda a gerente não queria estornar a compra querendo me dar um vale troca. Todos os funcionários muito mau educados. Desde a vendedora até a caixa. A gerente Rita péssima, ninguém nessa loja está preparado para o atendimento com o público. Parabéns pelo péssimo relacionamento. Nunca mais compro nada nessa loja
Terrible service. I made a purchase and when I went to withdraw I was 50 min in the sun to say that they did not have the product in stock. Still the manager did not want to reverse the purchase wanting to give me a voucher. All staff very rude. From the seller to the box. The manager Rita lousy, nobody in this store is prepared to serve the public. Congratulations on the terrible relationship. I never buy anything in this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja gigante e você nunca encontra um vendedor para te orientar e quando encontra ele está atendendo mais de dois clientes justamente pela falta de vendedor, produtos extremamente caros e a maioria não tem preço na peça aí tem que procurar pelo vendedor que não tem , enfim não gostei da experiência

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é bastante grande, com opções e variedades em todos os setores. Preços de mercado, com alguns descontos. Poucos atendentes, mas atenciosos. Uma dica para quem compra na loja com entrega ou leva na hora as mercadorias é abrir todos as caixas e verificar se estar tudo em ordem. Comprei uma caixa acoplada da Lorenzetti e entregaram em casa, após alguns dias depois da reforma quando fui instalar faltava todos os acessorios da caixa ( valvula de descarga, anel de vedação, parafusos e vedação da entrada da água) liguei na CeC e me informaram que não era possível a troca pois se passava mais de sete dias e que como abrir a caixa não era possível a substituição. Meu Deus, como saberia que não tinha os acessórios se não abri-se a caixa! Enfim, somente seria possível o retorno com a autorizada da Lorenzetti, começa então um trama com mais de quinze dias sem poder usar a descarga do vaso aguardando a Lorenzetti me encaminhar as peças faltantes.

Anyway, it would only be possible to return with the authorized Lorenzetti, then begins a plot with more than fifteen days without being able to use the toilet flush waiting for Lorenzetti to forward me the missing pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está é minha segunda avaliação deste estabelecimento, infelizmente tive de retornar ao local pq o produto que eu precisava só encontrei, para retirar, lá e novamente minha experiência foi péssima, além da mesma dificuldade para encontrar um vendedor, desta vez havia um cheiro horrível na loja, não sei se era alguma coisa que estavam passando ou se algum produto aberto, o caso é que passei muito mal, com vontade de vomitar, meus olhos e minha narina ficaram ardendo e quando fui passar no caixa as meninas de lá estavam reclamando de dor de cabeça! Um absurdo!! E só pra finalizar o preço é muito alto, além do produto que me fez ir até lá, aproveitei para comprar um interruptor externo, mas quando vi o preço desisti, quase 30,00!! Comprei perto da minha casa, em uma loja grande e com variedade de produtos e paguei 10,00! Decididamente espero não precisar comprar mais nada na C & C! E após ler algumas opiniões postadas aqui entendi porque a loja está sempre tão vazia!!
