★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Falta de local adequado para espera. Agendamento não ficou claro. Tempo de espera elevado para quem está agendado. Falta sinalização para se deslocar no local. Não encontramos sanitário para clientes.
 Terrible service. Lack of adequate place to wait. Scheduling was unclear. High wait time for those who are scheduled. There is no signage to get around. We did not find a toilet for customers.

Além disso deveriam ter um placa visível de 30x10metros para indicar o local.
Tenho certeza que a maioria das pessoas que vão fazer retirada não conhece bem a área.

Minha agenda estava para as 11 cheguei às 10 e fui atendido 13 hras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência nada boa nesse local, fiz uma compra na loja da Freguesia do Ó para retirada no o CD, onde fora agendado o horário para retirada e oq "sistema" não queria trabalhar... vá nesse local com tempo para aguardar!
Not a good experience at this location, I made a purchase at the Freguesia do Ó store for withdrawal at the CD, where the time for withdrawal had been scheduled and the "system" did not want to work... go there with time to wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no local pra retirar duas caixas piso c uma amiga. Local é bem organizado, só achei que demorou muito. Mas pelo que entendi estavam com pouco funcionário para atender as retiradas. Enfim...bom observar isso, pois tem 3 box de retirada, mas não tinha funcionário suficiente, nesse dia, pra agilizar.
I was there to remove two floor boxes and a friend. Place is well organized, I just thought it took a long time. But from what I understand they were short on staff to handle the withdrawals. Anyway... good to note this, because there are 3 withdrawal boxes, but there weren't enough employees, that day, to speed up.
