★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Seixas é ótimo no que faz, pessoa muito bacana, mas some, deixa o serviço iniciado e não entrega no prazo, deixa a sua casa com obras paradas enquanto vai fazer outros serviços. Nos decepcionamos muito com modo como ele cuidou da obra, muito caprichoso mas ele simplesmente não parece pra trabalhar.
Seixas is great at what he does, a very nice person, but he disappears, leaves the service started and does not deliver on time, leaves his house with works stopped while he is going to do other services. We were very disappointed with the way he took care of the work, very capricious but he just doesn't seem to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seixas, sempre efetua as suas Obras conforme o pedido do cliente, cumprindo o que lhe é pedido, mas a casos em que é fechado um acordo e no decorrer da Obra lhe é pedido outros serviços, com isso o prazo inicial é estendido,, mas infelizmente o cliente não entende que aumentando o serviço o prazo também aumenta.
Seixas, always carries out his Works according to the client's request, fulfilling what is asked of him, but in cases where an agreement is closed and during the Work he is asked for other services, with that the initial term is extended, but unfortunately the customer does not understand that by increasing the service, the time also increases.
